Initiate Your Request
Log into your Aguilar Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Securely place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
